How the personalisation works

You choose the name, initials or year at checkout, and one artisan stitches it by hand — picking the thread and lettering style. Because it's embroidered and not printed, the lettering has texture and won't peel. You can usually personalise across tees, sweatshirts, hoodies and caps.

⏳ Order early. Custom pieces are stitched after you order, by hand — that takes time. For a dated occasion (a birthday, an anniversary, a wedding), give it as much lead time as you can rather than ordering the night before. A handmade gift is worth planning for.

How long does a custom piece take?

It's stitched by hand after you order, so it isn't instant. Order well ahead of a dated occasion. Check the specific product page for its timeline before you buy.

What can I personalise — names, initials, dates?

Names, initials and years are the common ones, in English or Hindi on selected pieces. You add the detail at checkout and it's embroidered in by hand.

Is the name embroidered or printed?

Embroidered — real thread, stitched into the fabric. It has a raised texture and lasts as long as the garment, unlike a printed name that cracks with washing.
