Short answer. Yes. We ship worldwide from Bulandshahr, India, including to the UAE, the US and the UK. Standard international delivery takes 7 to 21 business days after dispatch. Any customs duty or import tax your country charges is paid by you and is not included at checkout. If you would rather not deal with customs paperwork yourself, order through our Etsy shop.
Most of our parcels stay in India, so we will be straight about this: international orders work, they take longer, and the one surprise for most buyers is customs. This page is here so that it is not a surprise.
From our studio to another country

Order. Choose your piece, enter your address with the country and postal code, and pay online. For a custom name, type it in the order note exactly as it should be stitched.
Stitched. Your piece is made the same way as every Indian order, by the same artisans. Ready designs are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and custom pieces within 7 days.
Shipped. The parcel is handed to the courier and you get a tracking number by email. International tracking can sit still for a few days while the parcel is between countries.
Customs. Your country's customs office may charge import duty or tax before releasing the parcel. Those charges are set by your country and paid by you. They are not part of our shipping fee.
Delivered. Standard international delivery takes 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and how long customs takes.

How long it takes
Add two numbers together.
- Making it. Ready designs are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Custom pieces are dispatched within 7 days, because someone has to stitch your name before it can be packed.
- Moving it. Standard international delivery is 7 to 21 business days after dispatch. The range is wide because customs clearance is different in every country and at every time of year.
So a custom piece ordered today is realistically two to five weeks from your door. If it is a gift, count back five weeks from the date, and six in November and December.
Customs duty and import tax
Three things are true everywhere:
- Your country decides whether to charge duty or tax on the parcel, and how much. We do not set it and we cannot quote it.
- Whatever is charged is paid by you. It is not included in our shipping charge at checkout.
- Rules change. Check your own customs authority's website before you order, even if you have bought from India before.
If a courier or customs office contacts you for payment, the request should come with a tracking number that matches the one in our shipping email. If it does not, do not pay it. Send us a screenshot first.
Sizes, for people who have not bought Indian sizing before
Our tees are cut oversized with a dropped shoulder, in XS to XL on most pieces. The size chart gives chest and length in both inches and centimetres. Measure a tee you already own and like, lay it flat, and compare. If you want a regular fit instead of a roomy one, go one size down.

Custom names from abroad
It works the same way as in India. Type the exact name in the order note. We confirm the spelling with you on WhatsApp before we stitch, and WhatsApp works on any country's number. If you would rather use email, write to abdvikashtomar@gmail.com after ordering and put your order number in the subject line.

Sending a gift to someone in India while you live abroad
Then it is not an international order at all. Enter their Indian address at checkout and the parcel travels as a normal domestic delivery: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Sending an embroidered gift directly covers the gift note and what the person receiving it will see.
Returns from outside India
The rules are the same as for Indian orders. Ready designs can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused and still tagged, and you must contact us before posting anything back. Personalised pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your order was shipped into the European Union, you also have a 14-day right to cancel. Faults are different: if a piece arrives damaged or wrong, tell us straight away and we replace or refund it. Details are on our shipping and returns page.
