Left It Late? Which Embroidered Gifts Can Still Arrive in Time

Hand embroidery has no express lane. Someone has to sit and stitch your piece, and other orders are already ahead of yours. What you can control is everything around the stitching, and that turns out to be most of the wait.

The bars come from our own orders between 27 August and 5 October 2026. Orders paid for online usually arrived about 7 days after checkout, the quickest in about 6 and the slowest in about 10. Cash on Delivery orders usually took 10 to 11 days, and the slowest took 18.

Four things that save days, in order

1. Pay online

This is the big one. In our records, Cash on Delivery orders reached the door three to four days later than orders paid for online. A COD order is confirmed with you before we stitch, and it spent longer with the courier as well. Our product pages say it plainly: prepaid orders ship first. 2. Answer our WhatsApp within the hour

For a custom name we confirm the spelling with you before any thread is cut. It is the only stage that waits on you. A reply in ten minutes and a reply the next evening are a full day apart.

3. Choose the faster shipping option

At the time of writing, checkout offers two options: standard shipping, labelled 10 to 12 days, for ₹60, and premium shipping, labelled 7 to 9 days, for ₹149. If the date matters, ₹89 is the cheapest insurance on this page.

4. Keep the design small, and do not change it

A name or an initial is a few hours of stitching. A full back panel is two working days for one artisan. And every change after ordering, whether size, spelling or thread colour, restarts a conversation. Decide first, then order.

What will not help

• Ordering Cash on Delivery and hoping. It is the slowest route we have, by several days.
• Asking us to stitch faster. The stitching is the one stage we will not hurry. A crooked letter cannot be unpicked cleanly from cotton jersey.
• Placing a second order to be safe. You will receive both, and personalised pieces cannot be returned.

If the date is too close

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 95285 83327 with three things: what you want, the PIN code it is going to, and the date. We answer with a yes, a no, or a "yes, if you order today and pay online".

If the answer is no, we think the better gift is still the one being made for them. Tell them on the day that a piece with their name on it is being stitched by hand, and let it arrive three days later. That beats a rushed substitute, and it is honest.

Planning further ahead

For everything that is not an emergency, how long a custom embroidered t-shirt takes gives order-by gaps for birthdays, anniversaries, festivals and corporate orders. Its rule of thumb is 14 days in a normal month and 21 or more around Diwali, Karva Chauth and wedding season, when the studio queue and the couriers slow down together.

Can you make my order in two or three days?

Sometimes the stitching, but not the delivery. Message us the date and the PIN code before you order and we will tell you honestly.

What if my gift cannot arrive in time?

Order it anyway if you still want it, and tell the person it is being stitched by hand for them. We will not promise a date we cannot keep.
