Short answer. A rakhi lasts a few weeks on the wrist. The gift that goes with it can last a good deal longer, and that's the case for giving something stitched: a name in thread doesn't crack or peel the way a print does.

The BRO tee. The simplest rakhi gift we make. One word, stitched by hand on an oversized cotton tee, in white or black.
The BRO sweatshirt. The same lettering on a heavier piece. Rakhi falls in August, so this is the one he'll start wearing a few months later.
A name tee. His name or hers, or the nickname only the two of you use. Priced by the number of letters, and stitched after you order.
A name hoodie. The biggest gift on this page. A name across the chest of a heavy fleece hoodie, in cream or black.
1. The BRO T-shirt
One word on the chest, hand-embroidered in block letters on a 220 GSM cotton tee. It's cut oversized, it comes in white or black, and it costs about ₹1,555.
It suits the brother who'd never wear anything with his own name on it.
2. The BRO sweatshirt
The same lettering on heavy cotton fleece, at about ₹2,229. Raksha Bandhan falls in the monsoon, so he won't wear it that week. He'll wear it from November to February, which is a long time for one gift to stay in use.
3. A custom name T-shirt
Any name of one to ten letters, stitched across the chest. Prices start at about ₹1,449 and rise with the number of letters.

A custom piece is stitched after you order and dispatched within 7 days. Delivery comes on top of that. In a festival month both the studio and the couriers slow down, which is why we ask for three weeks.
Paying online saves days. Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed with you before stitching starts, and in our records they arrive three to four days later. Which embroidered gifts can still arrive in time has the numbers.
Sending it to another city
Most rakhi gifts travel. Put your brother's or sister's address in as the shipping address, pay online so the courier doesn't ask them for cash, and add their phone number for the delivery call. Sending an embroidered gift directly covers the rest.
Getting the name right
We stitch what you type. Write the name in the order note exactly as it should appear, capitals included, and reply when we confirm the spelling on WhatsApp. Personalised pieces can't be returned, so that one message matters. What to write in the order note has examples.

Who wrote this
